This is equivalent to 662,181 voting rights, which are to be fully apportioned to M2 Group Partners, L.L.C. in accordance with § 22 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG, since these voting rights pertain to shares in CeWe Color Holding AG held by M2 Special Opportunities Master, L.P., of which M2 Group Partners, L.L.C. is the general partner. David Marcus, United States of America, has notified us that his proportion of voting rights in CeWe Color Holding AG fell short of the 10 % threshold on 31 December 2006.
