Schubert, Chairman of the Managing Board of Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.), Hamburg, resigned his position on the Supervisory Board as of September 1, 2006. The Managing Board of Neumüller CeWe Color Foundation has resolved to appoint Sebastian Freitag, Managing Director of Freitag & Co., Frankfurt as Andreas F.
